Resetting your password is quick and easy with the new ebanking platform! You'll need to be sure your cell number and email address with us is correct.
HOW TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD:
- From the desktop or mobile app login page, select 'Forgot Password' button.
- Enter your username and click continue/next on mobile.
- For security purposes, you'll be prompted with a two-factor authentication.
- Select the delivery option for your reset code (email or text).
- The reset code will be delivered to chosen delivery option.
- You'll be prompted to enter:
- Reset code
- Your Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number
- New password
- Select Reset Password.
- A confirmation message will open, select 'OK'.
That's it, you're done!
