Why am I receiving a new ATM Card?
The credit union partners with a third party provider for card transaction processing. This summer, we will be converting to a new vendor that will provide improved service and enhanced products. As a part of this conversion, the credit union has been required to reissue existing ATM Cards to all cardholders.
Important Date Regarding Your ATM Card.
On June 28, 2017 your existing TNFCU ATM Card will no longer function. On June 28th you will want to begin using your new ATM Card and your new PIN.
Will I need to activate my new ATM Card?
No. Activation of the new ATM card will not be required.
Important information regarding the PIN Mailer.
You will receive a separate PIN mailer a few days following the receipt of your new card. This new PIN will be used along with your new ATM card on June 28, 2017. After you receive your new PIN in the mail you may call 1-877-267-6941 to reset the PIN to a number of your choosing.
To ensure you receive your new card, please log into online banking or contact True North FCU to verify your account reflects your current mailing address. If the information on your account does not reflect your current address, you may not receive your card.
