Mastercard Debit

This summer, we will be converting to a new vendor that will provide improved service and enhanced products. As a part of this conversion, the credit union elected to move to the Mastercard brand.

Why am I receiving a new Mastercard Debit Card? The credit union partners with a third party provider for the processing of our Debit Card transactions. This summer, we are converting to a new vendor that will provide improved service and enhanced products. As a part of this conversion, the credit union elected to move to the MasterCard brand.

Your existing Visa Debit Card will cease to work on June 28, 2017. You may use your new Mastercard Debit Card once you receive and activate it and have received your new PIN Mailer. To activate your new True North Mastercard Debit Card follow the instruction included with the card. For security purposes, we suggest destroying your current Visa Debit Card once you have activated your new MasterCard Debit card, received and confirmed your new PIN and ensure the card is working properly.

Important information regarding the PIN Mailer. You will receive a separate PIN mailer a few days following the receipt of your new card. After you receive your new PIN in the mail you may call 1-877-267-6941 to reset the PIN to a number of your choosing.

To ensure you receive your new card, please log into home banking or contact True North FCU to verify your account reflects your current mailing address. If the information on your account does not reflect your current address, you may not receive your new card.
