Intuit aggregation services will be interrupted for up to 3-5 business days. Quicken users who need to update their data files during this outage are encouraged to convert to Web Connect to download a QFX file. The following services will not work during the outage:
- Express Web Connect (Quicken Win/Essentials Mac)
- QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Mint (Do NOT open Mint for 3-5 business days after the conversion to ensure the Mint product is properly updated.)
True North has transitioned to the new Express PC Home Banking platform, Quicken, QuickBooks and Mint users will need to deactivate the current connection and reactivate their connection with the new site.
