Be Fraud Aware

A True North employee will never call you directly and ask for your username or password. When using our automated phone system, you will be prompted to enter a one-time verification code to confirm your account. If you receive such a call, please do not respond and notify us at (907) 523-4700.

Stay Informed - Use Alerts in True North’s eBanking platform to notify you when there is activity on your account and cards.

All holders of True North Mastercard Debit or Credit card are eligible for this benefit. With this FREE service, you have access to many resources, including
