Low cost loans for heat pump installations in Coastal Alaska.

True North has partnered with Alaska Heat Smart and Southeast Conference a Juneau-based non-profit, to offer low-cost financing for homeowners or renters looking to install heat pumps in their homes or businesses.
The goal is that the interest paid on this loan will be less than the heating bill savings realized by installation of the heat pump. Once the loan is paid off, the savings only go up!
