Human Resource Generalist

Location of position: Juneau, AK

This key position is responsible for processing payroll, administering all benefit programs, recruiting, & completing general day-to-day HR functions and reports for the Credit Union.  Must have working knowledge of MS Office & Excel, and excellent verbal & written communication and organizational skills. Previous HR experience preferred.


Teller - Part-time, 32 hrs/week

This position requires great communication & people skills and a working knowledge of computers.  Retail sales and cash handling experience a plus.


Business Loan Manager

Location of position: Juneau, AK

This position originates loans, supervises the department, and manages the CU’s portfolio of commercial loans. Developing new and existing business relationships is an important function of the position. 


  • Interview loan applicants, assess their financial condition, underwrite and close the loan
  • Foster growth in lending and deposits with current and prospective borrowers
  • Manage the department budget and implement strategic plans to align with lending objectives
  • Supervise, train, and develop department staff
  • Establish & maintain business lending policies and procedures in compliance with applicable federal regulations


  • Five-ten years of similar or related experience
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience in analyzing business financial statements and assessing the viability of businesses
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and PR skills
  • Ability to use related software
  • Able to drive a motor vehicle and have a current drivers’ license and clean driving record
