Executive Assistant - Full-time

Location of Position: Juneau, Alaska; Administration Office

This important position is responsible for providing high level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Executive Management Team and Board of Directors.  Perform a wide scope of administrative functions including handling confidential and/or sensitive information, managing schedules, compiling data, preparing correspondence, coordinating activities, taking minutes, and other support functions. Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting/event planning and facilitation. Creating a friendly, cooperative impression on visitors, members, staff and others.

Qualified applicants will have 2-5 years of related experience, excellent organizational and editing skills, accurate typing, proficiency with Excel and Word, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.   This position requires a high level of diplomacy and working with diverse groups in the organization.


Teller FSS I - Full-time

Location of Position: Juneau, Alaska; Mendenhall Branch

If you like helping people and are dedicated to excellent customer service, then we are looking for someone like you to join our front line as a full-time 40 hours/week Teller!

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers
  • Opening new accounts
  • Balancing cash drawer and daily transactions
  • Cross-selling credit union services

The teller position requires great communication & people skills and a working knowledge of Computers.  Minimum six months to two years of similar or related experience required.
