Registration Instructions

To register, you'll need your Member Number, Social Security Number and Date of Birth. 

Make sure your email is current as well, as you'll need that to complete the registration process. 

How to register into our eBanking platform. 

  • Click the 'REGISTER' button from your Desktop or Mobile App Login Page.
  • Enter your Member Number or Social Security Number and Date of Birth.
  •  Establish a Username and Password that meet the provided requirements.
  • Review and Agree to Terms & Conditions.
  • An email will be sent to your email account of record containing a verification code. Enter that code in the popup screen and click submit.
  • YAY! NOW YOU'RE IN!

To customize the appearance of your eBanking Experience, select the round initial icon on top right of the screen.  From there you can:

Customize your dashboard:  

  • Under your Profile Icon > Settings  > Select Customization
  • Select Accessibility to enable Dark Mode, themes for color blind users, font, and language.  
  • Select Account Visibility to hide accounts, shares or loans.

Protect Your Accounts: 

  • Under your Profile > Settings > Select Security
  • Use Alerts to set transaction, access and card alerts
  • Change your Password or Username

On Your Mobile:

  • Under your Profile > Settings  > Select Mobile Features to:
    • Turn on Face ID
    • Switch to Left-Hand mode
    • Opt into Quick Balance and set accounts you want to see
    • Connect to your Smart Watch

Go Paperless for convenience and to protect your accounts:

  • Select eStatements on the main menu, select Manage Preferences.
  • Select the account for which you would like to receive eStatements, and accept the terms.

Customize your Accounts screen:

  • On Accounts page, select your most frequently viewed accounts and click the heart in the upper left corner of the account header.  It will now be in your Favorites at the top of the Accounts page.
  • Also, click on the pen in the account header to customize the account name, and select the check mark to save.

    Business Members:

    As a Business Member-Owner, your enrollment process will depend on the type of business and how your account is set up, so here's a bit more information to help you out.

    If your business has its own TIN or EIN, use the following:

    • Business Account Number 
    • TIN or EIN 
    • Business Share Open Date
      • If you do not have that date, please contact us so that we can help you enroll!

    If your business uses your personal SSN for tax purposes, enroll using your personal account information.

    • Member Number 
    • Your SSN
    • Your Date or Birth 
    • Once successfully enrolled, business account information should be visible in addition to your personal accounts.
