Enrollment Instructions

To enroll, you'll need your MEMBER Number, Social Security Number and Date of Birth. 

Make sure your email is current as well, as you'll need that to complete the registration process. 

How to enroll into our eBanking platform. 

  • Click THE 'ENROLL' button from your Desktop or Mobile App Login Page.
  • Enter your MEMBER Number, Social Security Number and Date of Birth.
  •  Establish:
    • Username. At least 6 characters, 1 number, 1 alphabetic, and no special characters.
    • Password. At least 8 characters, 1 Upper, 1 lower, 1 number, and 1 special character.
  • Review and Agree to Terms & Conditions.
  • Select box for electronic delivery of estatements/notices (recommended).
  • If on desktop, accept captcha.
  • An email will be sent to your email account of record containing a verification code. Enter that code in the popup screen and click submit.
  • YAY! NOW YOU'RE IN!

ON A DESKTOP:

  • Select Person icon in upper left to access your profile, and upload a photograph of your choice!
  • Select the gear icon on right side of menu to customize your dashboard – group accounts and hide those you don’t want to see on your dashboard.
  • Go to More/Statements to review estatement elections for all your account numbers.

ON YOUR MOBILE:

  • Click on the image icon and choose a photo for your profile pic.
  • Go to More/App settings to:
    • Turn on Facial recognition or establish a PIN for faster authentication
  • Go to More/Statements to review estatement elections for all your account numbers.
  • Scroll to bottom of page to customize grouping and hiding accounts.

Business Members:

As a Business Member, your enrollment process will depend on the type of business and how your account is set up, so here's a bit more information to help you out.

If your business has its own TIN or EIN, use the following:

  • Business Account Number 
  • TIN or EIN 
  • Business Share Open Date for Date of Birth
    • You can find this in the account details at the top of your Business Share transaction activity in home banking now, or contact the Member Contact Center at memberservice@truenorthfcu.org or (907) 523-4700
    • If you do not have that date, please contact us so that we can help you enroll!

If your business uses your personal SSN for tax purposes, enroll using your personal account information.

  • Member or Primary Account Number 
  • Your SSN
  • Your Date or Birth
